The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released recruitment notification for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination 2025. Eligible Interested Indian Citizens can apply online from 26th June 2025 to 24th July 2025 through the SSC official website for Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and CBIC/CBN.

Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
MTS: 18-25 years (born between 02/08/2000 and 01/08/2007).
Havaldar: 18-27 years (born between 02/08/1998 and 01/08/2007).
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years.
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
The Candidates with equivalent qualifications must produce an Equivalence Certificate at Document Verification.
Selection Process:
- Computer Based Examination (CBE): Objective-type test (details assumed based on previous SSC MTS patterns).
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Measurement Test (PMT) (for Havaldar only, assumed based on CBIC/CBN requirements).
- Document Verification.
Fee:
- General/ OBC: ₹ 100/-
- SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ESM/ Women: Exempted
- Payment Mode: Online (BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/RuPay Debit Card)
- Correction Charges: ₹ 200 (first correction), ₹ 500 (second correction), applicable to all candidates.
How To Apply:
- Apply online through the SSC website (https://ssc.gov.in) or mySSC mobile app from 26/06/2025 to 24/07/2025 (23:00 hrs).
- Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) with Aadhaar authentication (recommended).
- Fill the application form with accurate details, including category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/ESM) and post preference.
- Upload a live photograph (taken during application, no pre-existing photos) and scanned signature (JPEG/JPG, 10-20 KB, 6.0 cm x 2.0 cm).
- Pay the application fee online by 25/07/2025 (23:00 hrs).
- Use the Application Form Correction Window (29/07/2025 to 31/07/2025) for modifications (up to 2 corrections).
- Retain a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
